Programs and Projects of Social Responsibility: We are conscious that our paper as company in the society goes beyond the generation of uses. For this reason, in addition to the emphasis in the harmonic development of the personnel, we made other directed activities to integrate the family of the worker, as in the visit of the children to the plant, the factories of quality of life with spouses of the workers, aid of drawing for festive institutional cards and the celebration of Christmas, as well as in maintaining a policy of doors opened to visits, medical instructors and institutions. In the last years important programs have been developed, like the one of “Bachelor BATEBOL” to help the workers to conclude their schooling, “Program of Cultural Change”, with the purpose of obtaining an enterprise development centered in values and programs of introduction of technologies of the information for the operative levels.
