Battery recycling disused part of the company's environmental policy and to implement it have been installed modern processing the scrap battery, the same as providing after-life, they become feedstock for the recycling process.

Process description:

The process begins with the receipt in the plant material collected from throughout the country. Materials are then separated.

Materials containing lead are processed in smelters, fed with charcoal and natural gas which is extracted soft lead works for the manufacture of high purity lead.

Lead works by processing scrap batteries, of the slag and ash, are subjected to a refining process, which extracts all the impurities that affect the proper functioning of a battery and some metals are added to proper alloy.

Refined lead is produced entirely for the manufacture of batteries.

Refining byproducts are fed to the furnaces of other processes for the extraction of balances lead to poor slag into traces of lead.
